Unsung Hero Linda Ellerbee
Over One Million Miles of Care...
Our Underdog Team recognized our first Unsung Hero Linda Ellerbee.
Linda has been a school bus driver and bus assistant for Pasco County Schools since 1969. Fun Fact: Superintendent Kurt Browning was one of her passengers many many years ago. Linda has been traveling on the school bus approximately 131 miles a day for 48 years. That's over 1 million miles which is 25 times around the earth or 2 trips to the moon and back. She's quite the firecracker and greets the students wearing fun outfits for spirit days and the Holidays.
Our Rotary Club will be officially recognizing her at our meeting on June 23 at Lexington Oaks Club House at 12:00.
