We are looking to recognize some deserving residents of Wesley Chapel.

​

Do you have a neighbor that goes above and beyond for your neighborhood? Do you have a co-worker that loves their job, puts in 100% and deserves recognition? Maybe it's the school custodian or your mailman? Could it be the cashier at the grocery store that has been greeting you with a smile for the last 10 years? Nominate Parent's or caregivers!

 

We are also looking to help out our residents.  Do you know someone that gives it their all and still struggles? Maybe they could use a yard clean up? Or house painting? Tell us the need, maybe we can help. Or maybe there's a temporary circumstance and someone needs assistance.

 

How about recognizing some outstanding Parents or Caregivers? Nominate them. Whether they are single, married, young or old. We want to hear about them.

 

High School Senior – Nominate a high school senior for a scholarship. We're looking for hardworking, scrappy students with good character that plan on attending a vocational or traditional college.

 

Awards will include gift certificates, baskets, services and scholarships for seniors.  If there is a particular need for your nominee please include it in the form.
